Everything remains unchanged to what it was before, with one exception that is certainly important for the works of company directors and shareholders. Also for the intermediation of labor (art.3 of the pdl) the secretary has taken a half step back: in fact he has made with respect to the first version in which the intermediation (therefore the possibility of contacting and promoting certain workers’ associations) was recognized by the law on representativeness and self-employed workers with certain Ateco codes, with the new amended proposal, intermediation is extended but after initial verification of the lists by the Active Employment Policies Office: in essence it remains as before because it is certainly an employer if it interfaces with Upal then it continues to do so with the same office it does not relate to the other parties.
