District team talent cup for air rifle & air pistol in Innsbruck
At the end of October, the newly created talent district team cup was held at the main shooting range in Innsbruck-Arzl. With the air pistol, individual competitions were held in youth classes 1 and 2 and with the air rifle, the young talents started as mixed teams. A team consisted of two shooters from youth classes 1+2, whereby the same number of male and female shooters always had to be registered.
With the air pistol, Noah Tschenett (SG Nauders) was able to secure victory in youth class 1 with 176 points, ahead of his two club colleagues David Sprenger and Josef Wolff, who finished second and third with 168 and 166 points. In youth class 2, Anna-Sophie Hitthaler (SG Fliess) was once again at the top of the podium and was happy about 158 rings and thus gold, followed by Gabriel Schreiter and Sandro Schranz (both SG Fliess), who finished with 132 and 111 Won silver and bronze wrestling.
In the team classification, Innsbruck was in a class of its own both in the two qualifying rounds and in the final. In the first round, Matthias Grubhofer, Leonie Isser, Chiana Massari and Riccardo Coser achieved 763.7 points and thus first place ahead of the two teams from Kufstein and East Tyrol, who finished second and third with 759.1 and 751.8 points . Overall, however, the eight best teams qualified for the next round, so that Kufstein 2 and 3, as well as Imst 1 and 2 and the team from Schwaz also progressed.
Innsbruck was able to score points in the placement round and again secured itself more than first place with 792.2 points and entered the match for the gold medal. Alina Erhart, Simon Hallbrucker, Lorena Entner and Lorenz Haselsberger together scored 768.7 rings and thus second place as well as one place in the Gold Medal Match.
