Cavaco evokes Adriano Moreira, “one of the most important political thinkers in contemporary Portugal”

The former president of the CDS died today at the age of 100, a party source confirmed to Lusa.
Adriano Moreira was Minister of Overseas during the dictatorship (1961-1963) and deputy and president of the CDS-PP already in democracy, always maintaining the connection to the university and reflection on the subject of International Relations.
With his 100th birthday on September 6, he was decorated by the President of the Republic in June with the Grand Cross of the Order of Camões.
