SALZBURG.
“You can see the successes, but not the work and the sacrifices behind them. This applies to everyone who is actively involved or involved behind the scenes,” state governor Wilfried Haslauer and state councilor Stefan Schnöll praised the achievements. “Austria is a sports nation. However, the density at the top is very high in Salzburg. With their international successes, the athletes from Adnet to Zell am See make a significant contribution to our country becoming known as a sports region for guests from near and far. At the same time, they are role models for our young people, no matter in which function, because heart and soul is always there and that is what makes our federal state special,” emphasized Governor Wilfried Haslauer at the honorary ceremony.
Gernot Rumpler was awarded the honorary laurels in gold, Lukas Hollaus in silver and Andreas Rammler in bronze. Willi Ebster and Helmuth Mayer are responsible for the sports badge of honor in gold. Ilke Leitgöb received the silver medal of honor from the governor.
