The Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences noted that Belarusian unmanned aerial vehicles are in demand not only in the securities market. He recalled that a few years ago, before the pandemic, due to the situation in Abu Dhabi, Belarusian light-duty drones ranked third in the world after the United States and France.
The Center for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles at the Academy of Sciences, which has been operating for about 10 years, has created a whole line of unmanned systems – from small aircraft to aircraft-type vehicles. They can perform various functions – tracking, filming sites, scaffolding to the military.
Vladimir Gusakov noted that at present, everything Belarusian is used in their development, including microelectronics.
