Portugal Tech Hub platform launched at Future.Works
Future.Works Lisbon 22, an international event promoted by Landing.Jobs and imatch, took to the stage the debate about the future of work, having contact with over 3,000 participants, both at the Lisbon Congress Center and online, from 110 countries. The main focus, however, goes to the official launch of the Portugal Tech Hub platform.
The Portugal Tech Hub platform was launched by more than 20 public and private entities, including IAPMEI, Aicep, Invest Lisboa, Invest Porto, Landing.Jobs, Portugal Digital and Startup Lisboa, Its main objective is to promote the country’s ecosystem among technology professionals and foreign companies.
According to Pedro Moura, Chief Marketing Officer of Landing.Jobs, in a note sent, the Portugal Tech Hub has four important objectives that are expected to be accomplished within five years, from “making Portugal a recognized country and a top 10 Tech Hub international level, helping to reach the goal of more than 160,000 technology professionals in Portugal by 2030 – with a strong objective in training foreign talent -, making it a triple objective of companies to invest in technology centers in Portugal and increase collaboration, collaboration and synergies between all Portuguese entities and communication companies for these purposes”.
Paulo Dias, Chief Transformation Officer of imatch, highlighted that the two main pillars of Future.Works Lisbon 22 were the new paradigm of work and the technological dimension that the revolution of the same is evolving: “the world was forced to live, companies and people found themselves changing the way they lived work. With this new context, this year, and in this edition, we brought to the stage, with the support of more than 150 nationally and internationally renowned speakers, topics such as: talent management, the creation of an organizational culture, leadership and productivity , which captivated all the participants from day one and to whom we are grateful for their interest in debating the future”.
