The Pf sentenced the sentence to one year and 6 months in prison for the injuries, a 70 euro fine for the administrative violation of the threat and a 300 euro fine for the insults. The defense attorney, Nicola Maria Tonelli, for his part asked for the minimum penalty and the legal benefits. Commissioner Morsiani fully accepted the requests of the Tax Prosecutor and also sentenced the accused to compensation for the damage to be settled in civil proceedings, however setting a provisional amount of 6,000 euros in favor of the victim of the injuries and 500 euros for the victim of insult and threat.
