All that is missing is the sentence that Judge Adriano Saldarelli reserved the right to pronounce and has already set the hearing of October 20 at 9 am for the reading of the point device. The story, which has already been discussed, is complex and sees two civil parties, the first ex-wife, with two children, one of whom is now an adult, and the second ex-wife, also with two children and with whom, among other things, the defendant had an exchange to denounce each other so much that, in another proceeding, it is the second ex-wife to be charged with slander. The meeting of the slander proceedings with the one under discussion had been requested, but the judge rejected the request.
