San Marino. Repubblica Futura: “Those who always speak clearly”
“The now mythical press conference of the Secretary Federico Pedini, the one in which he spoke clearly to everyone and beat his fists on the table, after a couple of weeks was bitterly transformed into an” overwhelmed “moment (neologism to the the State TV) for which the self appointed “minister” has apologized “.
This is how a press release of Future Republic.
And I computer exploded? And the large secretarial staff missing and forced to work in vehicles? And the building not up to standard? And the “thyroid gland” to some employee because of the antenna? And the indispensable transfer of the Secretariat (not yet ministry, but for a short time) to Palazzo Graziani? And the chatter of the country, the inconclusive “dududus”, made only by cable car?
All disappeared in front of the fear of losing a comfortable seat in the Congress of State and the many seats in the Secretariat staff. Evidently someone will have explained to the Secretary Pedini that, after the arrows, his assurances that he did not want to make a government crisis were completely superfluous. Both he, in the government and in the Great and General Council, does not count for anything.
And the incompetence and arrogance of the crafty colleague Secretary Canti? And the useless roundabout? And the expensive Roman consultancy of Secretary Ciavatta? And the disrespectful giggles of colleagues from the Congress of State? And the undue interference of the former Captain Regent Rondelli? And the results that, if there are not, “is it better to go home?”
All forgotten in the face of the charm, even monetary, of the armchairs. Unfortunately, the admirers of those who “speak for themselves”, even if with a bit of confusion and little respect for institutional roles, have lost their point of reference. They’ll just have to take a little patience. In fact, after the many institutional ungrammaticals put in place by the current government in these three years, starting with the festival in Via Gino Giacomini, many others will arrive. Certainly every time the “minister” opens his mouth.
In the meantime, the country is left with a public budget at risk of bankruptcy, seriously downgraded by the international agency Fitch. There remains a report by the International Monetary Fund which, for those who want to read it, says that we are not in a very bad way only to draw up a long list of measures not yet adopted, without which we risk big. There remains a public health system increasingly in crisis, which combines amazing robots with the inability to speak directly to your doctor. There remains a Central Bank, a very expensive president, who wants to make other recruitments and which, alone, slaps itself on the back for not having brought home an agreement with the Bank of Italy, for not having solved the problem of the infamous NPLs and for not having de-bureaucratized the adequate verification procedures that involve mountains of paper for anyone. It would also remain the “free den for all” of the Conto Mazzini trial, but this is an objective that is now largely achieved by the current government.
We do not want to have “overwhelmed” with these considerations, but we are not going to apologize.
