Germany, in cooperation with Denmark and Norway, will provide Ukraine with 16 Slovakian-made Zuzana-2 self-propelled howitzers, which the country financed.

As noted, at the same time, Germany intends to transfer 130 heating systems and 36 medical transporters.
Separately, this Germany is to deliver 100,000 first-aid kits and 405,000 dry rations to Ukraine.
For security reasons, the federal government is not releasing details about how and when aid will be delivered.
It is worth noting that the Zuzana 2 self-propelled howitzer is a 155 mm self-propelled howitzer. In 2018, the Slovak army purchased 25 artillery installations. They were handed over to the Army in July 2021 to replace the previous generation.
now, at the beginning of June, Slovakia signed a contract for the transfer of eight Zuzana-2 self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine. Already on October 9, Slovakia handed over two Zuzana-2 to Ukraine.
Earlier we reported that Denmark, Norway and Germany will finance the production of Slovak Zuzana-2 self-propelled guns for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 16 self-propelled howitzers are being built at the expense of three countries.
Recently, the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, confirmed the receipt of four HIMARS and IRIS-T, and also announced a “new air defense system”.
