Real qualified, Milan and Juventus in danger… Update on the Champions League groups – Sport.fr
After the first matches of the 4th day, certain dynamics emerge in the group and certain teams can already consider themselves in danger while Real Madrid are already qualified.
After the draw against Shaktar Donetsk, Real Madrid managed to secure their place in the Round of 16. In addition to this fine performance, the Casa Blanca continues its overwhelming domination of the European Cup with 31 appearances and 31 qualifications for the knockout stages. Indeed, with a goal from Rüdiger in the 95th minute, the reigning European champions are the only ones who are already certain to continue the adventure.
For their part, the Italian clubs may consider themselves in difficulty. Juventus Turin already, after their defeat against Maccabi Haifa in Israel (0-2). After suffering non-stop cannonballs from the Israelis, Juventus lost in the 16th minute. On top of that, AC Milan lost for the second time in a row and also found themselves in 3rd place in their group.
