The “Très Chic” offers more than 20 apartments and has its financing goal in record time.
A new building project is being built in Innsbruck-Igls, for which money has now been collected via an online real estate investment platform. The interest was enormous: 616 investors invested a total of 800,000 euros within eight hours. The project, called “Très Chic”, will offer 23 apartments including open spaces such as gardens and terraces. Visually, the free-standing, curved building is a real eye-catcher.

The subordinated loan subscribed has a term of 18 months with a yield of eight percent per year and annual distribution. The construction of the new building is also the first joint project by “Rendity” and “umfeld Holding”.
“For the first time we have decided to finance the project through crowd investing. It shows that we have found an experienced and competent partner in Rendity, who successfully handled our first financing campaign of this kind,” explains Clemens Wainig from umfeld concept.
“It should be noted that our first project financing in Tyrol was so successful and confirms our strategy of paying attention to renowned project operators, good interest rates and high-quality construction projects,” says Rendity CEO Lukas Müller, pleased about the rapid financing.

The property is located in Innsbruck’s Igls district at the foot of the Patscherkofel and is around five kilometers from the city centre. Surrounding hiking trails and ski slopes should be accessible by foot. The apartment sizes of the 23 units range from 4-room apartments to garconnières.
The construction of “Très Chic” has already started and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023. Seven apartments have already been sold.
