Verona, 27th edition of the “Writing for love” award
Poetry, art, fiction and cinema are just some of the themes of the events that will take place in Literary Society, Civic library, Library Page Twelve And Hotel Due Torri for the 27th edition of the literary prize “Write for love“.
The heart of the event will be the awards gala of Saturday 22 October, starting at 18.30. The event will be held inside the hall Maffeiana dove, the finalists Francesco Pacifico, Anilda Ibrahimi And Marco Varvellowill come with theses and conversations focused on love and on “writing for love”
The three writers are submitted to the judgment of the jury chaired by Chiara Tagliaferriwhich at the end of the evening will announce the winner of this 2022 edition.
The readings will be entrusted to Paolo Valerio And Rossana Valier.
All appointments are open and free.
The Veronese literary event, organized by Juliet’s Clubit is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Culture of Municipality of Verona and sponsored by Veneto region and from Chamber of Commerce.
They support the initiative Zanolli Forni, Catholic Foundation, Amia And Hotel Due Torri.
The Festival was presented on Friday 7 October by the councilor for Culture Marta Ugoliniwith the special participation of the president of the Giulietta Club Giovanna Tamassia.
Present they were Massimo Nataleof the Department of Culture and Civilization of the University, the contact person of the Catholic Foundation Silvia Bacilieri and the Marketing Director Erika Brighenti.
A 27th edition, the result of a long and dedicated work – said Tamassia -, already in motion for months with the arrival of numerous love novels proposed by the publishing houses, up to the selection of the three best.
