Shooting: State Championships 100m small caliber Innsbruck-Arzl
In mid-September, the Tyrolean state championships were held at the main shooting range in Innsbruck-Arzl with the small caliber rifle at a distance of 100m. Once again, a large starting field in the three-digit range was recorded, in which the shooters in the disciplines standing, standing free, lying free, sitting free, sitting propped up and disabled fought for the medals.
On Saturday, the first day of competition, the disciplines standing and standing free of all classes were contested by the competing shooters. Six overall victories went to the Kufstein district: Hannes Maier (SG Sölden) took first place in the general class with 384 points and relegated Amita Entner (SG Breitenbach) and Hannes Hanser (SG Aschau) to second and third place. Maria-Luise and Raimund Felderer (both SG Breitenbach) were again in a class of their own in senior classes 1 and 2 and won with 390 and 396 points – a particularly strong result for the man from Breitenbach. Reinhard Entner (SG Wörgl) had a tight race in senior class 3: he took first place with 380 points ahead of his competitors Johann Bacher (SG Sölden) and Peter Krimbacher (SG St. Johann), who each only had one ring and one Ring. two rings behind him.
Raimund Felderer was also unbeatable in the standing free discipline: 361 points meant victory for him in the Seniors 2 ahead of Willhelm Dir (SG Reutte) and his Breitenbach club colleague Klaus Adamer. The general class standing free was also dominated by Kufsteiner: Benjamin Leitner (SG Walchsee) reached 368 points and thus won gold medal number six.
Günther Rothleitner (SG Kirchbichl) achieved a result of 389 points in the seniors 1 standing and left Wolfgang Oberhauser (SG Angerberg) and Martin Wimmer (SG Fieberbrunn) with 386 points and 375 points clearly behind. Peter Gstrein (SG Umhausen) also won gold for Imst in the Seniors 1: he scored 366 points standing free and thus took first place ahead of Wolfgang Oberhauser (SG Angerberg) and Hannes Gufler (SG Umhausen), who each had 364 and . 362 rings put on the disc.
Ulrike Klaus (SG Landeck) was able to assert herself standing free in the senior women 1 against the strong competition: with 369 points she took the lead with 10 points ahead of Martina Chamson (SG Absam) and even 39 points ahead of Sonja Kaspar from Mieming .
Standing free for the juniors Paula Alberts (Sportschützen St. Johann) was a sensation on the first day of competition: she won with 390 points
National squad shooter Patrick Entner (SG Breitenbach) with 382 points and Julia Hauschild, who came third with 364 points. In the sitting supported discipline, Reinhold Bucher (SG Fieberbrunn) achieved 390 points in the honored class and became the new Tyrolean state champion.
With the disciplines lying free, sitting free and sitting, the state championships on Sunday were of course held. Here, too, Kufstein was able to prove its superiority: with 279 points, Andreas Moser (SG Brandenberg) won the general prone class ahead of his club colleague Stefan Ampferer with 279 points and Marco Weiss (SG Langkampfen) with 275 points. In the Seniors 1, Sebastian Luchner (SG Langkampfen) achieved first place with 280 points and relegated Hansjörg Ungerank (SG Zell am Ziller) and Georg Luchner (SG Langkampfen) to the places. The duo Maria-Luise Felderer and Raimund Felderer (SG Breitenbach) won the discipline sitting free: Maria-Luise Felderer won 389 rings in the seniors category and Raimund Felderer started with a daily best performance of 396 rings in the seniors 2 category Hans-Peter Schrettl (SG Jenbach-Buch) with 394 points in senior class 3 crowned state champion in the discipline sitting propped up.
With 274 points, Heinrich Schneider (SG Zirl) was able to win the senior class 2 lying free ahead of Alfred Wierer (SG Aschau) and Johann Pichler (SG Schwoich), who each had 269 points and 263 points on the target.
In the general class sitting free, Elisabeth Giesser (SG Lienz) was able to win with 391 points. She was followed by Andreas Moser (SG Brandenberg) with 390 points in second place and Hannes Hanser (SG Aschau) with 385 points in third place.
In the Seniors 1 Manfred Tanzer (SG Absam) was able to prove his talent: with 391 points he won the gold medal in the sitting discipline, followed by Günther Rothleitner (SG Kirchbichl), who put 388 points on the target and Josef Schwaiger ( SG Fieberbrunn) with 383 rings in third place.
