The international architecture competition “Constructive Alps” was held by the Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland for the sixth time this year. From 237 entries, the jury selected 31 projects that are particularly exemplary in implementing climate-conscious renovation and building in the Alps. These also include two projects from Liechtenstein.
These 31 projects are now presented in more detail in the traveling exhibition “Constructive Alps 2022 – Sustainable Architecture from Ljubljana to Nice”.
On Saturday, September 17, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni opened the exhibition on Peter-Kaiser-Platz as part of a vernissage.
“I am very pleased that Liechtenstein is the first station of the traveling exhibition “Constructive Alps 2022″ on its way across the Alps. The projects on display impressively show that it is possible to build and renovate innovatively, beautifully and practically, while at the same time taking account of sustainability and the climate,” stressed Environment Minister Sabine Monauni in her words of welcome.
The traveling exhibition can be seen directly in front of the government building with free admission until October 8, 2022.
