Cracow. The nineteenth-century manor of the Badenis in Wadów has been dying in front of everyone for years
The battle for the court The research has been going on for many years in life. The 19th century historic building deteriorates more and more every year. Everyone wanted immediate steps to start in order to proceed, but the decision and the work would have to be submitted very laboriously. For now, there is a chance that the four-stage development of project documentation and cost estimate will be effective this year. Unfortunately, there is no money secured in the city budget for the revitalization of the manor house.
In April 2019, the Krakow City Councilors discussed the future of the Badenich Manor in Wadów with the residents. In that case, everyone said that the manor had been in ruin for a long time and that its old dawn had to be wiped out. There was an idea to locate a cultural institution or educational institution there. You have made a technical dialogue not with any company that would create the first technical solution for the court. Due to the fact that the first two dialogues turned out to be a failure, ZZM organized. Officials pointed out that the Badenich manor is an opportunity for a public-private partnership (PPP). Two unsuccessful dialogues will not be ready. The price of the manor’s revitalization, the amount of which was PLN 10 million, is also a big problem.
Unfortunately, over the following years it was possible to resolve how the manor decayed and deteriorated more and more every year. Already in 2019, it was said that his condition was catastrophic. One of the synergies was the removal of the kindergarten from the manor house in 2003. Back then, the building was a major problem with moisture and water drainage. Everyone saw that the manor house needed a complete renovation. To make matters worse, a fire broke out in the manor house in 2008, in which the roof structure and roof were damaged.
