The new buzz in the Portuguese capital

Go A Lisboa was born from a project conceived by five partners, who saw it as a (very) good opportunity to offer a super exclusive and very differentiated space.
When deciding on a good place to spend a good time in Lisbon, the choice is always difficult, given the variety of rooftops, terraces, restaurants or bars and clubs to choose from. And how about putting all this in one? It is precisely this that designs the brand new Go to Lisbonthe latest buzz that runs through the streets of Lisbon.
This space brings together everything we can ask for and much more. Roof? Check. Terrace? Check. Incredible view? Check. Good food? Super check. Wonderful drinks? Super check again. It must be hard to resist this charm by now.
Go A Lisboa plans to be at the top of the list when it comes time to choose where to spend a good time, and reality is already happening. O Echo Boomer went there recently and tells you what it was like to be in this oasis in the heart of Lisbon.
But first, it must be said that this new space in Alcântara, in Goa house, was born from a project conceived by five partners, who saw a (very) good opportunity to offer a super exclusive and very differentiated space. In addition to the restaurant, it is possible to just relax for a drink, have relaxation classes in the morning, yoga, booking) or guitar, also play a cowork space (there are djs that will even play at night). It is also possible to enter a concept storewhere you can buy clothes or even hats, which were designed by the founders of Go A Lisboa.
The refinement of the space begins when we arrive and we immediately have a magnificent view of the bridge over the Tagus, complemented by an esplanade with around 200 seats, with low marble tables (of Portuguese origin) and various puffs of a very Indian style sofas. On the other side, we have a green space, with a few more low tables and beanbags that, despite not having shade, are very inviting to spend a great late afternoon. There are several decorative elements that are some more tropical/oriental notes, but, in general, we have a very quaint space and, above all, very inviting, in which a lunch easily becomes a session of long hours of disposition. And when we say a group of friends, we are really referring to a very large group, there is already a beautiful marble table that has an incredible nine meters and allows a lot of people to sit there.
To complete the ambience, we always have good music to accompany and, of course, good food and drink.
A note to the staff, who are very friendly and attentive, and who are dressed up, using kinos made of linen, which are also sold at the concept store. The only drawback is the fact that they don’t speak Portuguese, since they are Nepalese. Nothing that a conversation in English can’t solve.
One way to show how this restaurant is also very different from the others is due to the fact that it is activated by a chef, Inga Martin, who prepared the menu (which took two months to complete) with inspiration from the cuisine of Goan people, with whom he was learning and observing so that he could capture all the essence of cuisine. The menu serves a variety of dishes, all of them very well thought out and prepared, always inspired by Goan cuisine.
There is also a brunch, served every day from 12:00 to 18:30, where you can count on the typical croissants, eggs, toasts, pancakes, yogurts and fruit, with lunch being served at the same time. For dinner, you can do it until 11:59 pm. If it’s just for a drink, you can drink until closing time, which closes for example at 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
This is something we advise and, as subscriptions to subscriptions are extremely delicious and incredible views, they guarantee a really great lively. The opening of the restaurant on the ground floor is also planned, previously used as a restaurant several times by other companies, and which now, by the hand of the new management of Go A Lisboa, will have its opening scheduled for the month of October. Preparation work is in full swing.
But specifically in relation to the restaurant already in operation at the top of the building, real delicacies are served. ONE Pork belly in sous vide with beurre blanc (chives and new olive oil option of and alectinha), which is normally used in, beat with a lot of olive oil, but can be used as an alternative with prominence and ultra, was an option that could give the opportunity to offer. Other main dishes also stand out, such as the Entrecôte aged with radish and new potato with garlic and rosemary oil.
The starters were also delicious, with special emphasis on the meat samosas (spicy qb), or even the Peach and Burrata Saladone of eating and crying for more.
Good food and drinks, a pleasant atmosphere and an incredible view are the ingredients that will make Go A Lisboa an indispensable place for years to come. You can book a table through official site or calling the 912987163.
