Visit by Patricia Miralles, Secretary of State to the Minister for the Armed Forces, in charge of Veterans and Remembrance in Avignon (Vaucluse).
On the occasion of the National Congress of French Remembrance, Patricia Miralles will travel to Avignon on Friday September 16, 2022. On the sidelines, she will also visit the Maison du Combattant where she will participate in a round table bringing together the various presidents of associations residing in the House of the Fighter.
Patricia Miralles will then present decorations to three members of the Departmental Council of the National Office for Combatants and War Victims (ONACVG) of Vaucluse and then lay a wreath at the Saint-Véran cemetery as part of a ceremony organized by the French Souvenir . She will also preside over a ceremony of homage to the 7th engineer regiment.
The Secretary of State will then visit the ONACVG service premises and then discuss with the teams on site.
