The curtain has opened 5th World Fair Play Day, Wednesday 7 September in the Multipurpose Room of the Little Tony Auditorium in Serravalle, in the Republic of San Marino.
The public present experienced the San Marino event with emotion and participation in the presence of the Heads of State of the SE Republic Oscar Mina and SE Paolo Rondelli. The rich program foreseen by the San Marino National Fair Play Committee (CNSFP) started in the afternoon at the Laiala Park in Serravalle with theinauguration of the Fair Play Tree – Let’s think about our future, with the participation of young cyclists from the Juvenes Cycling School, the authorities and citizens. In the evening, to the notes of the Hymns, in the Sala Polivalente, the President of the CNSFP, Gian Battista Silvagni, I opened the works. The institutional greetings of the Secretary of State for Sport followed, Teodoro Lonferninithe President of the San Marino National Olympic Committee, Gian Primo Giardiof the Captain of Castello di Serravalle, Roberto Ercolaniby the EFPM President, Philippe Houseiauxwith a video message, from the CSPC President, Riccardo Venturini.
Later they took turns at the microphone, for the scientific-cultural part, Eraldo Regginiwho presented the FSGC Agenda Diary containing some pages dedicated to Fair Play with the contribution of the CNSFP, Giacomo Cenci accompanied by Massimo Mattei of the FSGC Arbitration Sector, which reported on “Role of the Referee in sport”. The presentation of the Book “58” dedicated to SIC, Marco Simoncelli, di Fabio Fagnani impossible to participate, the publisher Paolo Gozziaccompanied by the curator of the work Elisabetta Lubranì; reports and interventions that captured the attention of the large audience with interest.
A solemn moment during the evening was the official presentation of theFair Play anthem of the CNSFP that Diego Renzi illustrated with the presence of the protagonists of Paul Gordon mannersfrom Fabrizio Pregnolatofrom Manuel Baggiarini, from Maria Rita Morganti and young athletes compare the video that has met with considerable appreciation of those present.
In the second part of the event the different ones were assigned Press Fair Play to those who have distinguished themselves in sport, inspired by the sound principles and values of Fair Play with the Fair Play Award for Gesture, Career, Promotion, Fair Play Honorable Mention, Fair Play Diploma of Merit, Woman Soroptimist Single Club Award San Marino, San Marino RTV Youth Award and La Serenissima, the San Marino newspaper.
The evening was brilliantly conducted by Patrizia Levorato, Matteo Selleri with the presence of Sveva Campanafinalist in the Miss Reginetta Italia 2022 Competition. The evening was enlivened by the pleasant notes of two students of the San Marino Music Institute: Maddalena Bianchi (Guitar), student of Prof. Angelo Guidi, ed Eleonora Stefanelli (Guitar), student of Prof. Emanuela Valmaggi, with the presence of the IMS Director, Fausto Giacomini.
