San Marino. From Monopoly to artists at home: many weekend appointments
The month of September continues with another weekend full of events. Here are the initiatives organized by the Secretariat of State for Tourism.
However… what a sight! – from 9 to 11 September
The event that goes beyond emotions, however rich in meaning, is back and this year it will be even more so with surprises, reflections and a lot of solidarity. The event was born with the aim of promoting Mototherapy by highlighting in practice the effects it causes in people with disabilities, just to name a few: the strengthening of self-esteem, learning to overcome fear and all the emotions that this type of experience can like just snatching a smile.

Musicfest Adriatica – 10 September
The international festival dedicated to the Musical Bands, which will parade through the streets of the historic center from 12:00 to 14:00. This is the itinerary: Piazza Sant’Agata – Via Basilicius – Via Eugippo – Contrada del Pianello – Piazza Libertà – Contrada del Collegio – Piazza Garibaldi – Via Basilicius – Piazza Sant’Agata.

UCI meeting – 10 September
The Historic Center of San Marino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be the setting for the 1st Gathering of the Union of Italian Circles. A parade and an exhibition of vintage cars for conservation to submit the beauty and evaluation of the jury and the public present. From the morning performance in Via Eugippo. 2.30 pm parade with departure and return to P7.

Artists in the House – from 10 to 11 September
The Montegiardino castle will host dozens of national and local artists who will perform in the village between songwriting, theater, literature and performance. The small houses of the village will be transformed into secret stages, intimate and welcoming micro-theaters, set up and inhabited by the artists themselves during the days of the festival.
Saturday shows from 4pm, admission € 10. Sunday shows start from 6pm, admission € 18. Single admission € 25 for the 2 days purchased if I start in advance here: www.becareful.it

The day in which all of San Marino played in Monopoli – 11 September
San Marino also has its own Monopoly and the “white and blue” version of the most famous board game in the world will be shown to all San Marino citizens on Sunday 11 September at 4:30 pm at the Cava dei Balestrieri. Among the guests present San Marino authorities and excellences including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic medalists Alessandra Perilli and Gian Marco Berti, the chef and television personality Luca Montersino, the famous Youtubers Rebby and Molly, Cinzia and Piersanti Mandrelli winners as best masks at the Carnival of Venice… and many others.
The event will be conducted by Giuseppe Pino Cesetti and Stefano Palmucci and a charity auction is planned.
