Three companies from Teruel become young university students with 10,000 euros per course
Three companies from Teruel, Caja Rural, Térvalis Foundation and Grupo Arcoiris Foundation, carry out an initiative to support young university students in the province that in its second edition will benefit three women, Martha Quilezfrom Andorra; Nerea Micolau, from Beceite; Y sure paulaof Fuentespalda.
The three students will each receive up to 10,000 euros per academic year to cover tuition, stay and educational material expenses, also having the possibility of carrying out internships in the companies that finance this aid, baptized as Teruel University Youth Scholarship.
Marta Quílez, who has completed her studies at the IES Pablo Serrano in Andorra, begins the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. Nerea Micolau, who has studied at the CPIFP Bajo Aragón, is starting the Degree in Teaching, while Paula Segura, until now a student at the IES Matarraña, is starting the Degree in Biomedical Sciences.
the three companies undertake to finance students while they pursue their university studies and they will obtain the minimum qualifications required for each course. The objective is to facilitate access to university studies for young people in the province of Teruel, many of whom are forced to move to other cities in order to develop their university education according to their professional vocation, which entails significant expenses for their families.
The presentation ceremony for the second edition of the Scholarship for Young University Students, which took place this Wednesday at the headquarters of the Grupo Arcoiris Foundation in Valderrobres, was attended by the three young beneficiaries as well as Jose Cuevaspresident of Caja Rural de Teruel; Elena Utrilla, Director of Projects of the Térvalis Foundation; Y albesa dolphin, President of the Grupo Arcoiris Foundation.
The companies participating in the initiative have expressed their “satisfaction” for having achieved the second edition of the Young University Scholarship of Teruel.
