The most colorful brunch in Lisbon has pink pancakes and signature cocktails
The Cheese-Tastic, a grilled cheese sandwich with eggs, cheddar, tomato chutney and pickles, is one of the stars of the menu.

Since July, what was born as a bar has a new attractive project: a brunch as colorful and Instagrammable — as the space it serves. As inspiration comes from the flavors discovered by the couple on their travels and the experiences they keep from their time in the United States.
The gastronomy thus brings together all the aesthetic references of the owners, as well as their favorite dishes that they like to share with others, starts by telling Marco to NiT.
The main influence, however, comes from Berlin, Germany, where a few years ago something triggered something that soon attracted the pair. However, based on our bestsellers, there is one that enjoys a lot of fame: the Cheese-Tastic, a grilled cheese sandwich with eggs, cheddar, tomato chutney and pickles, both homemade”. It costs 7€.
“For those who prefer to go for sweeter paths”, the Amuse Bouche (7€), a French toast with blueberry sauce, homemade butter and organic maple syrup “is crazy”. Other options are Pretty in Pink (8€), pink pancakes with berry sauce, coconut yogurt, goji berries and rose syrup; and the Taste Of Tokyo (10€), matcha waffles with red fruit sauce, coconut yogurt, caramelized almonds and maple syrup.
Visit the space the night before, the person in charge suggests, “strongly”, the signature Will Power cocktail (10€), with Casamigos mezcal, tequila, lime and grapefruit, to accompany. Not only is it refreshing but “promises to return the energies to the most dancing”.
If you prefer a hot drink, coffee is recommended. “Coming from such important areas of El Salvador, all the wonderful ones are called Majada (in Portugal you can find them here) and Marcos, the details that we serve at the table here are wonderful”,
Brunch is available from Tuesday to Sunday, always between 12 pm and 5 pm. Animals are just not welcome on the plate, so you can to take your four-legged friend, that he will be greeted by the bowl of water at the door.
