For this game, coach Mark Gatt deployed Birkirkara’s Janice Xuereb between the sticks connected by the defenders Nicole Sciberras, Stephania Farrugia, Charlene Zammit and Jade Flask.
Emma Lipman, the team captain, played together with Shona Zammit and Rachel Cuschieri in midfield.
From the front, Haley Bugeja, Maria Farrugia and Brenda Borg formed an offensive trio.
Before this game, Gatt was presented with a commemorative souvenir by the president of the Malta FA Bjorn Vassallo.
