Des logements tout nouveaux, trop chauds à Bordeaux
The summer of 2022 was the second hottest in recorded history in France. And the inhabitants of several residences recently delivered in Bordeaux, particularly in the Brazza and Euratlantique operations, are struggling to bring the thermometer down below 30°C indoors. Living rooms without shutters, low-ceilinged and non-passing accommodation, large glazed surfaces… some occupants suspect them of not respecting thermal regulations, which provide for a maximum temperature, and plan to turn against developers. Construction logics, unsuited to global warming, are in question.
