TBM réduit la fréquence des transports à Bordeaux
You may have noticed this if you have taken public transport since Monday. On certain lines of the TBM network, it was observed that there were fewer buses and trams than usual. Why ? Despite all the recruitment campaigns reinforced this summer, a lack of drivers is felt within TBM.

Relief defined by TBM
This reduction in frequency should be applied until September 2 and will be updated in the next few days depending on the situation. The planned reductions concern in particular lianas 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 16, 31. Lines 30, 38, 72, 83 and 84 will have some departures removed. For the tram, the lines concerned are lines A and B. Here is the detail of the traffic plan until Friday, September 2:
Tram:
- Tram A: frequency of 5 min
- Tram B: frequency 6 min
Bus :
- Lianas 1: frequency 8 to 10 minutes
- Lianas 5: frequency 12 minutes
- Lianas 8: frequency 15 minutes
- Lianas 9: frequency 10 minutes
- Lianas 10: frequency 12 minutes
- Lianas 16: frequency 12 minutes
- Lines 30, 38, 72, 83 and 84: some departures removed
- Line 31: a bus every 24 minutes
For the other lines of the network, buses and trams will run normally. Kéolis has announced that it is seeking new sources of candidates in order to quickly overcome this deficit. The operator also spoke of his wish to recruit 20 additional interim contracts and to ask for overtime.
