Payments from international organizations – how to get help, the amount
The application must be left on the “eDOpomoga” platform
Since the beginning of the war, more and more residents of Ukraine need financial assistance for their daily needs. International organizations provide such support to Ukrainians in our country.
How to get money and what amounts of assistance are provided for different categories of our fellow citizens, TRAVEL RBC-Ukraine says with a reference to the “eHelp” platform.
Who can receive payments from international organizations
You can apply for financial support from international organizations on the “eDopomoga” website of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Financial aid can be received from international organizations internally displaced persons (IDPs) and those who belong to certain social categoriesthe list of which is quite extensive.

The privileged categories also include pensioners, persons with disabilities, women entitled to payments in connection with pregnancy and childbirth, large families and low-income families.
The Ministry of Social Policy in the answer on request The “Donbas SOS” organization explained that financial aid from international organizations can be received not only by those who left their homes due to the war and moved to another region of Ukraine (issued an IDP certificate), but also by those who remain in the occupied and de-occupied territories, and also in regions where active hostilities are taking place.

Payment programs from international organizations: what amounts are provided
On the “yeDopomoga” platform, it is indicated which international organizations allocate funds and according to their calculated payment program itself:
1. Representation of the United Nations Children’s Fund in Ukraine (UNICEF):
- large families with 3 or more children under the age of 18, of which at least one child is under 2 years old;
- who have 2 or more children under the age of 18, of which at least 1 child is disabled.
Assistance is granted throughout Ukraine, regardless of the status of the IDP. Pay off in one payment in 3 months – 2220 hryvnias per person per month, the maximum amount per family is 33,300 hryvnias.

2. Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR):
- internally displaced persons – mainly from among those who have a pension of up to UAH 3,000;
- also – priority IDPs from Donetsk Luhansk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Kherson regions.
Amount of payments – 2220 hryvnias per person per month for 3 months.
3. The World Food Program of the United Nations:
- internally displaced persons – a selection from the Donetsk Luhansk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson regions.
Amount of payments – 2220 hryvnias per person per month for 3 months. A maximum of 3 people in one family.
4. Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine and the Society of the Red Cross of Ukraine (ICRC and ICRC):
- selectively – low-income families, including IDPs.
- single mothers who provide assistance to children;
- recipients of assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth;
- persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities who receive state social assistance;
- recipients of state social assistance who do not have the right to a pension, and persons with disabilities;
- families with many children who receive child support;
- unemployed persons who have reached retirement age, but have not acquired the right to a pension payment;
- beneficiaries who care for a sick child.
Payment – one time 2500 hryvnias with the possibility of further increasing the duration of assistance. The program operates throughout Ukraine, but primarily for IDPs from the most affected regions.

5. International Organization for Migration (IOM):
- priority – persons with disabilitiesincluding from the number of IDPs;
- single mothers/fatherswhich provide assistance to children;
- recipients of assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth;
- persons with disabilities;
- families with two or more children;
- pensioners over 65 years of age.
The payment amount is UAH 2,220 for each family member within 3 months.
6. International organization “Red Rose of the CPSU”:
- internally displaced pensioners and/or persons with disabilities from the regions designated by the Ministry of Social Policy.
It is supposed to be paid for UAH 2220 monthly flow for each family member three months with a possible extension.
How to register and determine the purpose of payment
Decisions on the provision of aid are made by international organizations. At the same time, the Ministry of Social Policy checks the applicant’s data against registers and databases.
There are two “buttons” on the platform – to submit an application and to check its status, where you can find out whether a payment has been made.

To fill out the application, you must add the following information:
- full name according to the identification document;
- RNOCPP (IPN):
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine, ID card, permanent or temporary residence permit (for foreigners), birth certificate of a child;
- addresses of registered and actual residence;
- phone number;
- IBAN (international bank account number).
Applications are submitted separately for each adult family member. If there is no bank account, the cost will be received through Western Union, MoneyGram or other systems.
Information about receiving the transfer will be sent in an SMS message. It cannot be deleted, because without the sent code it is impossible to receive money.
