Brandboxx shows trends: The costume fair is staged in a stylish way
Last week, the traditional costume trends of the coming year were presented in the Brandboxx and it was announced what the traditional costume order days will be called in the future.
SALZBURG. Before the traditional costume WAS taken out of the closet on the occasion of the Ruperti Kirtag, a touch of Oktoberfest was heralded in the brand box with candy floss, shooting range and autodrome. Oliver Rauh, celebrity stylist and ardent advocate of traditional costumes in everyday life, gave an outlook on upcoming trends in traditional costumes.
Patterns play a big role in the spring/summer season. Small, graphic patterns, natural tendrils, paisleys and co in particular bring new impetus to the industry.

Delicate sorbet tones and natural materials are very popular, as are knee-high socks and half-sleeved shirts with lace inserts, which are also used in everyday life.

In spring/summer 2023 you can look forward to a lot of traditional costumes in the streets. In a jacket to the office, in a ribbon skirt to a board meeting, a stand-up collar shirt with a waistcoat to the cinema – the new cuts make the costume suitable for everyday use.
New name for the costume order days
“It looks smart. And the fair will stay smart,” joked Markus Oberhamberger, Brandboxx Managing Director, who, together with Katharina Krassnitzer, Head of Fashion & Traditional Costume Trade Fairs, announced the new name of the traditional costume order days.

From next year these will be called “Fesch”.
