Obituary. Dominique Guichard, secretary at Vaucluse Matin, died
The great family of Dauphiné Libéré/Vaucluse Morning is in mourning. We have indeed learned with great sadness of the death of Dominique Guichard, secretary at the departmental center of our newspaper, in Avignon. Absent since April 2019 for health reasons, she died on Monday August 29, at her home, at the age of 61.
Originally from Lyon, this good life, who liked to read a lot, but also laughed and joked, had joined our press group in 1980, at Lyon Morning. She had arrived at Vaucluse Morning in 1988, as a data entry operator, before joining the secretariat in 2009.
Dominique had never departed from her Lyonnais accent and certain typical expressions. It was also what made her attached. Despite her health problems, she had wanted to continue her work as long as possible, with great courage.
Our thoughts go out to his son, his mother, his sister and all his family, tested by this mourning.
Dominique Guichard will be cremated at the Orange crematorium this Friday, September 2. Those who wish to pay their last respects are invited to gather on site at 2:30 p.m., where a blessing will take place.
