Abusive B&B with drugs and stolen goods in Pisa: the complaints are triggered
Complaints and kidnappings by the police in Cisanello, Pisa, where an abusive B&B was found. The agents intervened in an apartment of a condominium, described as unlivable and crowded by the residents of the building. The suspicions of the people who lived there are also targeted.
Eight people of various nationalities were found inside the apartment. They occupy the five rooms, progressively numbered like a B&B. In reality, the apartment belongs to an Italian couple, who evidently sublet it in black. All eight identified said they were paying a black fee to the owner.
From the searches, the police have seized 1,600 euros of small denomination banknotes from a neighboring Tunisian man residing in Ragusa, Sicily. A pass to Sicily was issued against him with a ban on returning to Pisa. In his room, three computers, a cell phone, a pair of designer sunglasses and two expensive women’s perfumes were found and confiscated. The man and one of his compatriots with whom he lived were reported for receiving stolen goods.
In another room there was a 31-year-old of Tunisian origin and an Italian cohabitant. There, a dose of heroin, one of hashish, a precision slingbar, packaging material, burglary weapons and € 2,230 in cash were seized. Both were reported for receiving stolen goods; the 31-year-old, illegal in Italy, will be repatriated.
Two Eastern Europeans were found in another room. They had two wallets belonging to a British and a Luxembourg tourist, both of which were seized. The two were reported for receiving stolen goods.
Provisions also coming against the owner of the property: there is a risk of a complaint to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to favor illegal immigration, as well as very high fines for violating the anti-terrorism legislation for not having communicated the names of the residents to the police, as well as further patrimonial investigations for the undue perception of unlawful rents.
