This is how the “Munich Murder” star lives privately
“Munich Murder” actress Bernadette Heerwagen lives a rather comfortable private life.
“Munich Murder” actress Bernadette Heerwagen, 45, appeared in a new episode of the crime series on Saturday, August 27, 2022. “Munich Murder: Black Roses” was once again a complete success for ZDF – and things are also going pretty well in the actress’ private life.
Bernadette Heerwagen has a famous family
Actress Heerwagen can look back on a long and successful career, having acted in films such as “The Air We Breathe” and “The Eyesore”. They received several awards for their achievements, including the Adolf Grimme Prize and the Bavarian Television Prize.
But not only Heerwagen herself is known: There are a few prominent faces in her family, such as her brother Philipp Heerwagen, 39, who football fans were already allowed to turn the page as a team member of VfL Bochum and FC St. Pauli. Her husband, Ole Puppe, 53, is no less well known. The actor has already acted in well-known series such as “Tatort” and “SOKO Leipzig”.
The actress lives with her husband and children in Allgäu
The boiling army wagon and her husband Puppe everyday life together with the two daughters away from the glamor and hustle and bustle of the film and television world, namely in the beautiful Allgäu. The couple bought an old farm there years ago. In an interview with “Bild”, the actress revealed that the two spent four years on the renovation. The effort seems to have paid off in the end, because “now we live where others vacation”.
The actress only gets to see city life during filming – and she also knows how to appreciate this way of life: “I’m just happy to be able to order a pizza.
Heerwagen doesn’t need a plan B for her career
In 2014, Heerwagen took on the role of Chief Inspector Angelika Flierl. Even then she had very precise ideas about her role, as she revealed to “Bild”: “I didn’t want to be the thousandth strong, cool commissioner. If things go well, then you play that role for a few years.” Eight years later, she is said to be right about her attitude.
At the beginning of her career, the actress was suggested that she should look for a second source of income, “because I’ll be unemployed by the time I’m 30 anyway”. At the time, Heerwagen had considered what this second mainstay could be, but had come to no conclusion. In the meantime she would have stopped looking for it – understandable, because 15 years later she is still very successful with both feet in the acting industry.
