Art and solidarity: in Vico Equense “Dinner with Salvador Dalì”, an event promoted by the Kiwanis Club S. Marino
“A virtuous partnership between creativity of artistic and agricultural and food and wine excellence in a setting of scenic and environmental beauties for an exclusive appointment with the high value of solidarity”. This is what we read in the presentation note of “Dinner with Salvador Dalì”, the event scheduled for 28 August at 6 pm at the Hotel Oriente and at 9 pm at the Campania Minerological Museum in Vico Equense that the Kiwanis Club San Marino ” has the honor of being with the President Mihaela Anghel and the Lieutenant of the XX San Marino-Marche Division, Biancamaria Toccagni, thanks to the precious collaboration of the Dalì Universe, represented by the artistic director Roberto Pantè and by Simone Rosato’s ‘The Secret Gate’ ” .
For the occasion, at 6 pm, on the terrace of the Hotel Oriente, overlooking the Sorrento peninsula and in front of one of the most beautiful views in the world, it will be possible to taste typical Campania gastronomic products and toast with Prosecco Valdobbiadene docg di Vite in Rosa, the all-female winery specializing in the production of quality wine. An unprecedented charity dinner-event will be set up for the appointment with the important collaboration of the Pro Loco of Vico Equense.
In the spaces set up in the Campania Mineralogical Museum (one of the most important scientific realities in southern Italy) it will be possible to admire, to follow, the works of Salvador Dalì, the multifaceted Spanish genius, painter, sculptor and designer of jewels and clothes of which one proposes a varied artistic production. To enrich the evening Maestro Antonio D’Abramo at the piano.
The Kiwanis Club San Marino is an international organization of volunteers committed to improving the world through works of solidarity and fundraising that on the occasion will be carried out together with Dalì Universe and The Secret Gate, an international company in the luxury business events sector and first developer of Apps in the luxury sector.
After dinner on the terrace of the Hotel Oriente, which will be attended by entrepreneurs and collectors from the art world, in the museum spaces it will be possible to participate for free in the jazz concert of the “Armanda Deside quartet”, with the Neapolitan musician Armanda Desidery on the piano, Guido Russo on bass, Emilio Silva Bedmar on sax and Mario Basile Lopez on drums.
The proceeds of the evening will be donated by the Kiwanis Club San Marino to the project “Ivory Coast: plastic recycling becomes school”, a project by UNICEF and ConceptosPlasticos, a Colombian company that converts waste into plastic, engaged in the construction of modular brick classrooms of plastic, built from waste from the polluted areas of Abidjan and its surroundings. The goal is to guarantee the right to study for at least 25,000 children, who cannot currently enjoy this fundamental human right.
To participate in the event dinner, at a cost of 120 euros, a bank transfer must be sent to the Kiwanis Club San Marino.
