August 24, 2022
The Swedish staffing company NGS Group announced that after more than 12 years as CEO of NGS Group AB, Ingrid Nordlund has decided to leave her position in the company.
Nordlund was appointed CEO in April 2010. She leaves her position immediately and Gerth Svensson, board member of NGS Group AB, steps in as acting CEO until a new CEO has been appointed.
“After 12 years as CEO of NGS, I feel it is time for new challenges and I have now decided to hand over the leadership of NGS,” says Ingrid Nordlund. “During my time as CEO, together with my employees, I have developed NGS into a strong and well-known player in a number of areas, and I now wish everyone the best of luck with the next phase of NGS’s development.”
Bertil Johanson, chairman of the board of NGS Group AB, says: “Ingrid has done a fantastic job and has been highly appreciated by both employees, owners and the board. During her time at NGS, she has significantly developed the business both organically and through acquisitions. We thank Ingrid for her long time as CEO of NGS Group AB and wish Ingrid all the best in the future.”
Earlier this year, NGS Group reported that revenue rose 10.7% in the second quarter of 2022.
