San Marino. “No postponement for the announcement of the ISS Department Director; ignore the requests of the CSU”
“The CSU letter dated 17 August requesting to transmit the test for the selection announcement for the appointment of Director of the Social-Sanitary Territorial Department of the ISS has not received any response and has not been taken into consideration. Letter sent to the Congress of State, to the ISS Executive Committee, to the President and to the members of the relevant Judging Commission “.
He writes it there CSU in a press release. The union “had asked for such a postponement in order to first clarify the truthfulness of the information reported by the media regarding two professionals admitted to the competition announcement. Completely regardless of the request of the CSU, yesterday the selection test took place, as if there was nothing relevant.
For the first time, a competition notice was issued for the role of Director of the Social and Health Department aimed at figures outside the Social Security Institute. Previously, the position of Director of the ISS Territorial Social-Health Department was expected to be held by a professional former Director of UOC.
Apparently, no UOC Director has made himself available to assume this responsibility, and this has given way to the legislative change that has opened the doors to external figures to fill this position. This lack of willingness on the part of San Marino doctors to take on the role of Director of the ISS Territorial Social-Health Department raises several questions, and speaks volumes about the internal relations of the ISS. Is it possible that no one within the Social Security Institute can or wants to take on this role, which in any case requires a long experience and a deep knowledge of our health system?
The doubts raised by the news reports regarding the two candidates deserved greater attention; in this regard, we remind you that for all frontier workers the absence of pending indispensable charges is a condition for being hired in San Marino. We believe that the same requirements must be evaluated with the same attention also in public competitions, even more so for extremely delicate and highly responsible roles “.
