Bordeaux remporte son troisième match de préparation très largement face à Albi
After the victory in the first friendly match against Soyaux (2-1), then the defeat against Bilbao (2-0) in the second match, the women of the Girondins de Bordeaux faced those of Albi Marssac Tarn Football ASPTT, which decreased in second division.
Here is the eleven that was lined up by Patrice Lair:
Chavas – Lardez, Haelewyn, Thibaud, Liaigre, Palis, Seguin, Garbino, Dufour, Cardia, Gomes.
Maëlle Garbino played in the position of number 10, Mickaëlla Cardia on the right of the attack, and Melissa Gomes at the forefront.
It was Mickaëlla Cardia who quickly opened the score with a nice shot from the left under the bar (8th minute). A quarter of an hour later, Julie Dufour doubled the bet on a cross from Mickaëlla Cardia. Less than ten minutes later, Melissa Gomes scores in turn with a right-footed shot, which hits the bar to finally enter the Albi goal. 0-3 was the half-time score of the game, which could have been much wider because the Bordeaux players missed three face to face, and also touched the crossbar.
Returning from the locker room, Bordeaux worsened the mark in the 55th minute through Melissa Gomes, who scored the fourth but from a penalty (obtained by Maëlle Garbino). Jelena Karlicic scored Bordeaux’s fifth goal with a header from a corner, on a hand-in from Amanda Gutierres. Then, in stride, Serena Queiros scored the sixth but following in particular a good job from Melissa Herrera.
Final score 6-0. A good result to gain confidence before the last two preparation matches which will be Thursday August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. against FCE Mérignac Arlac (R1), and Saturday September 3, 2022 against Montauban FC Tarn-et-Garonne (D2 ).
