Genoa, the City of Children reopens under the Aquarium
By November at the Porto Antico in Genoa the new City of Children and Youths will reopen to the public, moved to the gallery below the Aquarium 25 years after the birth of the historic structure of the Cotton Warehouses. It will be the museum of experience dedicated to the ‘five senses’ in Italy: 2,000 square meters of exhibition space where children and young people aged 0 to 12 can make a real journey to discover themselves and the world through direct experience . Access, independent of the Aquarium, will be on the east side of the building. An investment of over 4 million euros, equally divided between Porto Antico di Genova and Costa Edutainment, which will manage the structure until 2036.
