The designed design solution provides for a single body of the building intended to house the student accommodation complete with common areas for socializing and logistical support for users. The main entrance was built within the viability of the sector, in order to make access easy and at the same time keep it away from the criticalities of vehicular traffic. The building will consist of four floors above ground which will house all the functions necessary for the life of students and a basement in which all the technological systems, a bicycle shed and storage areas will be located. At the same time, the design was based on improving the energy performance of the building. The Gold class of the building was maintained and the energy performance index was lowered from 4 kWh / m2a of the final project to 2kWh / m2a.
