FC Bayern: Kingsley Coman with a dig against Robert Lewandowski – FC BAYERN MUNICH
Someone doesn’t seem to have really digested the departure of Robert Lewandowski (33) yet…
In the video on the Instagram channel of the US sports site “ESPN”, Bayern star Kingsley Coman (26) has to decide between two players in “Either, or … a” game.
When it came to a decision between ex-Bayern clipper Robert Lewandowski, who had migrated from FC Barcelona, and Coman’s national team colleague Karim Benzema (34), the Frenchman opted for the real star – and teased: “Lewandowski left us, so Benzema.”
A nice dig at superstar Robert Lewandowski! And that despite the fact that the two won the sextuple together in 2020 and, above all, celebrated the Champions League triumph together in Lisbon. The two were still in each other’s arms.
More private than ever!

And: Only before the Ballon d’Or election in 2021 did Coman Lewandowski keep his fingers crossed in a duel against Messi and Benzema, telling the French TV station “Telefoot”: “Lewandowski is currently the best number 9 in the world, even one of the best players in the world. He deserved the Ballon d’Or.”
However: It wasn’t always peace, joy, pancakes between the two stars! In April 2019, both offensive stars fought in training. Both slapped each other in the face! The then Bayern coach Niko Kovac (50, now VfL Wolfsburg) confirmed the death at the press conference.
The reason at the time was that Lewandowski annoyed Krieg about what he saw as selfish dribbles and shots by the Frenchman. Coman, on the other hand, was not happy with Lewy and accused him of egoism. In the end, the Zoff escalated and ended in a fight.
However, that can no longer take place this season in Bayern training: In the transfer soap opera, Lewandowski forced his transfer from FC Bayern to Barça, ultimately switching to the Catalans for 45 million plus five million euros in bonus payments. There the Pole received a contract until 2026. He should lead the giant club back to the international top.
Lewandowski shouldn’t care much about the swipe from ex-colleague Coman…
