The journalist asked if the ombudsman managed to establish cooperation with his Russian counterpart, and answered: “At present, no.”
Lubinets answered the same question about his colleague from Belarus.
“Now we are going through high communication tuning. I definitely don’t want radiation communication. I sincerely believe that we ordered it, but we ordered it with a clear understanding of why, what the results of such communication will be in the future,” he said.
The Ombudsman noted that there is a “huge list of issues.”
“Both return and visits to our citizens, and a clear understanding that our counterparts will make visits, will occur in the event of a situation, medical assistance, elementary things. Lubinets explained.
