Diocese of Venice: designations and appointments
The Patriarch of Venice Francesco Moraglia in these has provided for some designations and appointments concerning parishes and other diocesan pastoral offices. Here are the priests who received new ministers:
– Don Mauro Haglich: parish priest of S. Antonio di Marghera;
– Don Stefano Cannizzaro: parish priest of the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows of Mestre;
– Don Mauro Margagliotti: parish priest of S. Maria della Pace in Mestre;
– Don Lorenzo De Lazzari: Parish Administrator of S. Paolo di Mestre;
– Don German Montoya: Parish Administrator of S. Maria Assunta in Passarella di Jesolo; Religious Assistant in the Chaplaincy of the Civil Hospital of Jesolo; In charge of the pastoral care of residences for the elderly in the area; help to local parishes (particularly for the needs of the summer months);
– Don Davide Rioda: In charge, jointly with Don Giovanni Frezzato, of the pastoral care of young people and young families in the Parish of San Giovanni Evangelista in Mestre; Don Giovanni Frezzato is confirmed as Parish Administrator and therefore Legal Representative of the Parish itself and assumes the role of Moderator of the pastoral care of young people and young families;
– Don Augusto Prinsen: Parish Vicar of S. Lorenzo of Mestre;
– Don Bogumil Wasiewicz: Parish Vicar of S. Nicolò and S. Marco di Mira;
– The Diocesan Work for Spiritual Retreats and Exercises (ODERS), absorbing some of the competences of the suppressed Diocesan Pilgrimage Office, is reconstituted into a Diocesan Work for Exercises, Spiritual Retreats and Pilgrimages (ODERSP);
– Msgr. Can. Giacinto Danieli: Director of the Diocesan Work Exercises, Spiritual Retreats and Pilgrimages (ODERSP);
– Don Filippo Malachin: Deputy Director of the Diocesan Work Exercises, Spiritual Retreats and Pilgrimages (ODERSP) for young people, young families and pilgrimages (in close coordination with the Diocesan Center for Vocations, the Office for Diocesan Youth Ministry Activities and the Diocesan Office for Evangelization and Catechesis); he will complete his studies in Liturgical Theology; he will reside at the Parish of San Michele Arcangelo in Quarto d’Altino.
