CMVM warns that Unionstock is not registered to exercise in Portugal
The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) warned this Monday, July 18, that Unionstock is not registered with the regulator for the exercise of financial intermediation activities in Portugal.
“The Securities Market Commission warns that a Unionstock entity, owner of any ‘site’ https://unionstock.cc/ is not authorized or registered for the exercise of financial intermediation activity in Portugal”, he says, in a note shared on its portal.
Likewise, the regulator points out that the entity is also “not legally present to carry out or prospect clients contracted for the celebration of financial intermediation contracts”.
According to the document carrying out the activities in Portugal, it is presented on the CMVM’s website.
The CMVM also mentions that persons and entities that have established themselves as all commercial relations with Unionstock can contact the CMVM through the number 800 205 39 (green line), or by e-mail to cmvcmv.pt”.
