Werk Salzburg AG office for Flachgau
Business
Contrary to current trends towards the digitization and centralization of services, the energy provider Salzburg AG and its subsidiary Salzburg Netz are once again increasingly focusing on personal customer contact. A large office in Flachgau is planned.
After service points in Pinzgau, Pongau and Tennengau, the company will now also set up a branch with customer service in Flachgau.
With half a million calls and 150,000 e-mails per year, customer advice via the Internet and telephone can no longer be replaced – but personal contact with customers is becoming more and more important, confirms Salzburg-Netz Managing Director Herwig Struber.
“Want to set a focus for the Flachgau”
“In addition to the headquarters in Bayerhamerstraße, we now also have branches in Haguenau, as well as in Golling, St.Johann and Bruck. Now we want to set another focus for the Flachgau in Seekirchen,” says Struber.
In the future, up to 100 Salzburg-Netz employees will not only personally advise customers in Seekirchen, but also offer fault clearance services and other services. However, a final decision has not yet been made in this regard, stresses Struber.
“Final decision no earlier than 2023”
“We are now starting the planning work and are conducting a realization competition that will probably last until the beginning of 2023. A final decision will not be made until 2023 at the earliest.”
Even if the network operator Salzburg Netz has been legally separate from the parent company Salzburg AG since 2006, both customers and companies would benefit from service locations, adds Struber.
