Drake shares letters from Sweden prosecutors in photo dump
The letter is entitled “Information for those suspected of a crime”. Last week, the internet was bombarded with a flood of rumors that Drake was arrested for having marijuana in Sweden. Although there was no evidence for the allegations, it did not take long before “#FreeDrake” reached the top of Twitter’s trend list. Hundreds of people uploaded memes and compared the Canadian rapper’s dilemma to Brittney Griner, the WNBA player who has been imprisoned in Russia for being caught with cannabis.

After the internet prank, members of Drake’s team claimed he was never arrested. They noted that he allegedly slept during the time when social media became ballistic. But it Certified Lover Boy’s recently uploaded photos on Instagram do not really match the original story.
Earlier today (July 17), the artist “Way 2 Sexy” published a summary of his journey. In the carousel he had a letter with the National Police Board’s logo in the upper left corner. The sheet, which had apparently been folded, was entitled “Information for those suspected of a crime and later obtained.”
The letter was divided into two parts: the rights and the consequences. Under the column “You have the right to” were some of the options, “… know what it is you are suspected of and why you are being obtained; … get food and rest as needed; … get help from an interpreter during interrogation, if necessary.”
Under “What will happen?” part, it read, “… An interrogation will be held with you as soon as possible; … If the prosecutor requests a trial, you will be notified immediately.”
Although this does not prove that the 35-year-old was arrested, fans think it is shameful that he posted it after social media pointed it out. Again, the rapper can only do trolling – as most entertainers usually do.
