Cosmo’s Midnight for the first time in Portugal: Portuguese “are very receptive and beautiful”
Australian electronics duo Cosmo’s Midnight opens the Super Bock stage at Altice Arena on Friday. The brothers Cosmo and Patrick Liney recognized at the 26th edition of Super Bock Super Rock debuts at once: they played for the first time in Portugal and debuted in European festivals.
A few minutes after the concert, Cosmo and Patrick Liney from the concert had a few minutes of conversation with SIC Notícias. The twins talked about the stage of the new album, about the undisclosed concert as their first predictions of Portugal.
“We feel so good, it was really noticed,” he began by saying.
“We were very well received on our first time in Lisbon, which is also the first time in Portugal. It was great”, they said, adding that the audience responded “very well” to the music, the same people who were unaware of the project.
Cosmos Midnight, which began to play0 to people18, found an Altice Arena with only a few people: To SIC Notícias, they highlighted the receptivity of the Portuguese public when listening and dancing to a band they were possibly unaware of.
“I’ve never heard our music, which is great. When it comes to new countries this is what we look forward to hearing before and very excited.”
The good weather, the gastronomy and a few days of break before the tour of America were enough reasons for the Australian duo to stay five days in Portugal.
“We are going to stay here for a week so we can see everything… eat everything. Portugal is beautiful, very blue, with a blue sea. It reminds a lot of Australia”, he said.
And it is while visiting Portugal that he will also continue to prepare the new album, which will be released “soon”.
“We hope that we are ready very soon. In fact, we are writing it”, they announce.
The Instagram page, Cosmo and Saturday, Patrick Line, will thank the beach in Cascais, and even said that a lot of doing two things on the beach and celebrity necklace will be thanked.
