San Marino. Market and labor law. The possible answers in a conference next July 19th
Labor law, what happens in Europe and how could it develop on the Titan? The answer in a conference of the University of San Marino.
What elements are characterizing the market and labor law in Europe, and how could the Titans owe any measures established in this regard on the Titan? These are the questions at the center of a study meeting entitled “The rules of work between the European Union, Italy, San Marino and other small European states”, scheduled at 10 am on Tuesday 19 July at the university in via Salita alla Rocca 44 , where the activities of the San Marino Legal Institute take place.
“It will be an opportunity for a research commissioned to the University of the Republic of San Marino by the Secretariat of State for Labor with the aim of understanding the main dynamics present in the continent, from the EU to small countries that have characteristics similar to Titano ”, explains Paolo Pascucci, director of the San Marino Legal Institute. “We have therefore collected trends and perspectives, with a view to providing useful information to San Marino institutions”.
Among the main topics addressed, the relationship between law and collective bargaining, as well as the dynamics of entry into the labor market, the types of contracts and flexibility. “This is a study that has involved us for about six months and has resulted in a detailed report that addresses the issues from a legal and academic point of view”.
Together with Pascucci, the four academics who supported him in the research will intervene during the event: Luciano Angelini, Angelo Delogu, Chiara Lazzari and Marica De Angelis. Among the in-depth topics: trade union law, labor relations in reality like Andorra and Monaco, resignations, dismissals and social safety nets.
The conclusions will be entrusted to the Secretary of State for Labor, Teodoro Lonfernini.
