“Night at the Kremlin” is the title of the new adventure of the priest created by Giovannino Guareschi, a faithful adaptation of the homonymous story written by the original author. Among the villagers the rumor spreads that the house is haunted by ghosts, to the point of pushing the rational mayor Peppone to spend the night there to show that they are wrong. Or at least, so he hopes …
The register is written by Davide Barzi, curator of the regular series, and designed by veteran Francesco Bisaro, while the cover is the work of Alberto Locatelli, former cover artist of the previous specials for Cartoon Club. To enrich the register, a dossier on the houses ” haunted “of Emilia-Romagna!
INCLINATION, THE NEW COMIC FROM THE AUTHOR OF MARTIN MYSTERE
It was the year 1972 when, on the pages of Corriere dei Ragazzi, Tilt, the comic book and costume satire column designed for boys, made its debut. Curated at the time by Alfredo Castelli, creator of Martin Mystère, Tilt is preparing to return. Cartoon Club is proud of the exclusive closing of the book “TILT – The pazza, pazza, pazza!” Column, a collection of tables more than 40 years after the original publication. Unpublished cover by Lucio Filippucci and editorial care by the usual Alberto Castelli. Furthermore, for the first time Breus reissues, the works of the young Giovanni Pascoli “crippled” in comic form by Silver, creator of Lupo Alberto.
THE CYCLE ON WATER, BETWEEN COMICS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
This stimulation was also presented in the project “Cycle of Water, Use and Reuse”, created by a group of environmental associations in Rimini with the aim of a greater understanding of the concept of interdependence between man and the environment in the morning and to promote a diffusion of responsibility in the approach to water as an indispensable resource, which cannot be exploited indefinitely.
“The Water Monster” is the comic created to promote the initiative. Written by Sergio Algozzino and designed by Filippo Paris, it is dedicated to children and is specifically designed as a tool for environmental education in schools, as is the video made with the sand art technique produced by the artist Mauro Masi. The conference was attended by Sabrina Zanetti, artistic director of Cartoon Club, the organizing director Paolo Guiducci, cartoonists Davide Barzi and Sergio Algozzino and, finally, Giancarlo Tocci, coordinator of the “Ciclo dell’Acqua” project.
