Brentford to face RC Strasbourg Alsace in pre-season trip to Germany – News
We will face the French side racing club Strasbourg Alsace in a friendly match on Tuesday July 19.
The match will be played at the home of SV Aasen in the southwestern corner of Germany. The complete address is Ob. Wiesen, 78166 Donaueschingen. The game will start at 1:30 p.m. local time.
Strasbourg finished sixth in Ligue 1, France’s top division, last season. They spent most of the campaign at the top of the division and missed out on qualifying for UEFA competition by just three points. They are heading into a sixth season in the top tier of French football and achieved their best result in over 40 years last season.
This match will take place at the end of a training camp in Germany. We kicked off our pre-season campaign with a win over Boreham Wood and fly to Germany on Tuesday July 12 for a week of training, including two matches, as preparation for the Premier League season continues. .
