San Marino. Salariati Aaslp, Usl disappointed by the behavior of the Territory secretariat
“Yet another humiliation for AASLP wage earners”.
TheSan Marino workers unionwho say in a note that they were “taken a few more hours to talk to our representatives also from the ASLP, before reacting to theyet another disappointment proved yesterday, when the secretariat for the Territory canceled, on the same day, the scheduled meeting concerning the economic percentage of the contractual increase for wage earners“.
“We have always acted in formal respect in relations with the secretariat for the Territory, that respect which does not seem to be reciprocated; not so much towards the Local Health Authority, but as towards the workers, who have been stuck not only with the economic part for over ten years, but who, precisely on the economic part, have accused a loss of purchasing power, making a prudential analysis, more than 20% in recent years ”, the union says.
And again: “In September 2021, following the meeting with the employees, we received a strong input to the mandate to intensify the bargaining also on the economic aspect, at least essential to restore dignity and partially cope with energy and food increases. The meeting and the conclusion for June 30, 2022, the negotiation with the trade unions on the reform of the national collective bargaining agreement (…) ‘has been postponed, not by our will, to July 7th. The one on 7 July was always canceled by the Territory secretariat, at the last second without a new call: for what purpose? The secretary had repeatedly reiterated that he would do his best to remedy this situation with an economic proposal; his promises, to date, made personally even to the employees, when they peacefully gathered under his windows, for two occasions, have not yet been reflected “.
“Unless we immediately reactivate a table that we will see leads to a quick propositional conclusion, we are forced to put in place every useful initiative to protect less workers’ rights”, finally says the Local Health Authority.
