VILLENEUVE-LEZ-AVIGNON An eclectic program for the 40th anniversary of the music festival
This year, the famous Fête de la musique celebrates its 40th anniversary on June 21. Villeneuve-lez-Avignon wanted to mark the occasion with a very complete program: pop, rock, gospel, choir, variety, electro… There will be something for all tastes and all generations.
The appointment is given from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., around an eclectic program on the five musical points:
. Philippe le Bel Tower: Food-trucks on site, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.: Club Tassan (electro).
. Chartreuse car park: Food trucks on site, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Yves-Marie Bruel music school (classical, jazz, rock, etc.), from 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.: Frequency and vibration / Dé6bel (variety, choir, classical) and from 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.: Music’Envie (rock).
. Place Jean-Jaures: from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Red fish (blues, pop-rock), from 9:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m.: So watt (rock, jazz, blues, etc.)
. Cloister of the cloister: from 6 p.m. to 6.45 p.m.: Harmony choir (choir), from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Gospel accord (gospel choir).
. La Mirandole (rue Vincent-Rouvière): food-trucks on site, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Le petit lotus bleu (variety, current music), from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.: Mustang (pop-rock).
The concerts are free and will be canceled in the event of bad weather.
