What will our buildings look like after 2026?
On June 24, 2022, 9:00 a.m. hold an online discussion called “REPower Slovakia: What will our buildings look like after 2026?”organized by the Representation of the European Commission in Slovakia in cooperation with the Building for the Future platform and the National Implementation and Coordination Agency of the Slovak Republic at the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic.
He revealed the military conflict in Ukraine in full force European dependence on Russian gas and oil imports. Slovakia’s share of natural gas imports is well above the EU average (85% vs. 44%). Right now it consumes the most natural gas for heating buildings, on whose imports Slovakia is particularly dependent. At the same time, saving energy is the fastest and fastest way and way to deal with the current reduction in bills. The European Commission recently introduced series called REPowerEU to take EU action on Russian fossil fuels. At the same time, I suggested that I add to the country so that we could supplement our recovery plans and the resilience of the new measures to deal with this crisis.
- How can we implement the measures and recommendations presented by the Commission in Slovakia?
- How to use the resilience recovery plan to quickly start the necessary solution and investment?
- How do we renovate and modernize our houses, apartments and public buildings?
- How will we finance it?
- What are Slovakia’s goals and how can it meet them?
