Impeccable results for the boys of the Isshinryu Karate Club San Marino on the occasion of the National Karate Championship
Last competitive commitment for the boys ofIsshinryu Karate Club San Marino affiliated with FESAM, Sunday 12 June in Morciano di Romagna on the occasion of National Karate Championship organized by the ASC (Confederate Sports Activities), a sports organization recognized by CONI.
They have been approx 600 Karatecs present at the event, engaged in various disciplines, from timed circuit for the youngest, al Kata (form) up to Kumitè (combat).
To represent San Marino there will be a team made up of young promises under 16, who grew up in the club’s youth sector, all engaged in the Kumitè specialty.
The first to get off the mat is Rebecca Gaidella in the category Junior Black Belts -48kgwho arrives in the final very easily, winning the semifinal 10 to 1. In the final of the tournament, after a very tight match with no holds barred, unfortunately he has to give up winning a well-deserved silver medal. The excellent result bodes well for his participation in the European Under 21 WKF Karate Championship scheduled in Prague from 16 to 19 June.
Then it is the turn of the category -45 Kg Beginners Black Belts (12-13 years) of Enrico Luis Casadei and of Andrea Zafferaniin his first race. Both win all the tests in the preliminary rounds of the tournamentthis leads them to find themselves as opponents in the final, where they face each other giving life to a beautiful fight. The fourth young Karateca of the Titan a limestone the tatami is Milo Camorali in the category Beginners Black Belts -55Kg. Milo starts taking the lead immediately, unfortunately a few seconds from the end a carelessness costs him the defeat of the match due to accumulation of penalties.
The latest to compete is Melissa Nannithe veteran of the group, class 98, in the Senior Category Black Belts -61KgMelissa has recently been experimenting with excellent results in combat after having always competed in the Kata discipline.
